Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Please review the terms below before purchasing or renewing any Veytra services.

Upfront Payments

All subscriptions, implementation fees, and hardware costs are invoiced or charged in advance. Once payment is received the amount is non-refundable because infrastructure, onboarding, and device provisioning resources are immediately allocated.

Auto-recurring Subscriptions

Services enrolled in automated recurring billing will renew automatically for the next billing period. To stop future charges you must submit a cancellation request at least 48 hours before the scheduled auto-debit time. Requests made after that window may be processed for the following cycle.

How to Cancel

Send cancellation requests to accounts@veytra.io or raise a ticket through your customer portal. Include your company name, subscription ID, and desired cancellation date. We will confirm receipt and the effective termination date via email.

Partial Months & Hardware

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing period. Hardware purchases are final unless otherwise specified in your hardware warranty agreement.
