1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, mobile applications, APIs, and any other software products or services provided by Veytra Technologies Private Limited ("Veytra", "we", "our", or "us"), collectively referred to as the "Services". By accessing or using our Services — including signing up for an account, downloading a mobile app, or integrating with our API — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Veytra provides a range of connected software products, including but not limited to: • Fleet tracking and telematics platform (web dashboard and APIs) • AI dashcam and video streaming management • School bus and student safety tracking • Employee transport and commute management • Battery Management System (BMS) and EV analytics • Mobile applications for end users (parents, employees, drivers, field agents) • White-label SaaS platform for enterprise and channel partners • Developer APIs and integrations The exact features available to you depend on your subscription plan or agreement. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature or Service with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts & Access
To access most of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorised persons • Notify us immediately at support@veytra.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account You may add sub-users, roles, or operators within your account. You are responsible for ensuring that all users under your account comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Use the Services to track individuals without their consent, except where legally permitted (e.g. employer tracking under a valid policy communicated to employees, or parental monitoring of minors) • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure, other accounts, or systems • Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to interfere with the Services • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our Services beyond what our API explicitly permits • Resell or sublicense access to the Services without a written white-label or reseller agreement with Veytra • Use the Services in a manner that violates the privacy or rights of any individual, including end users tracked by our mobile apps Veytra respects individuals' right to privacy. If you deploy our Services for employee or student tracking, you are responsible for obtaining all required consents, maintaining a valid tracking policy, and complying with applicable labour and data protection laws.
5. Mobile Applications
Veytra develops mobile applications for various use cases (fleet drivers, school parents, enterprise employees, field agents, and others). The following terms apply to all our mobile apps: • Apps are available on iOS and/or Android via their respective app stores. Store terms also apply. • Some apps require device permissions (location, camera, notifications). Granting these permissions is necessary for the relevant features to function. You may revoke permissions at any time through device settings. • Apps may operate in the background to provide real-time location or alerts. Background operation will be disclosed clearly in the app's permission request and app store listing. • You must not use our apps to monitor another person without their knowledge, unless you are a parent or guardian monitoring a minor child in accordance with applicable law. • App updates may be required to maintain access to certain features or to receive security patches. We recommend keeping apps updated to the latest version.
6. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual) or per-device / per-module as agreed in your order form or on our Pricing page. • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). • Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days from the date of purchase, except where required by law. • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. • White-label and enterprise agreements are governed by the separate written agreement between you and Veytra; those terms prevail in the event of any conflict with these Terms. Veytra reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until their next renewal.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, code, designs, documentation, logos, trademarks, and content that form part of our Services are the intellectual property of Veytra Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes as permitted by your plan. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant Veytra a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use and incorporate that feedback without any obligation to you.
8. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to or generate through our Services ("Your Data"), including vehicle location data, trip records, and any other operational data from your account. Veytra processes Your Data to provide and improve the Services. We will not access, use, or share Your Data for purposes outside the scope of these Terms or our Privacy Policy. Upon account termination, you may request an export of Your Data. After 30 days from account closure, we may delete Your Data unless legal obligations require otherwise. 9. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (maps, payment gateways, app stores). Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Veytra is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: • The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure • GPS and location data will be accurate at all times (accuracy depends on device hardware, signal conditions, and network availability) • Video streams will be available in all network conditions Veytra does not provide legal compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable laws, including labour laws, data protection laws, and transport regulations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veytra's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Veytra in the 3 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Veytra be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veytra Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation • Your infringement of any third-party rights
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@veytra.io to resolve disputes informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve issues within 30 days.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services and may cancel your subscription.
