1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Veytra's websites, telematics platforms, mobile apps, APIs, and any white-label or managed deployments (collectively, the "Services"). By signing an order form, clicking accept, or using the Services you agree to these Terms and any service-specific agreements.
2. Services & Availability
Veytra provides fleet management, passenger safety, smart routing, IoT, and white-label solutions. We may update features, release beta functionality, or schedule maintenance from time to time. Where uptime commitments or SLAs apply, they are described in your order form or master service agreement.
3. Compliance & Lawful Use
You must use the Services in accordance with the applicable laws of India and any other jurisdiction in which you operate. You are solely responsible for obtaining licences, permits, or approvals required for your use case and for ensuring that tracking or monitoring activities are lawful.
4. Ownership & Consent
You represent that you own, control, or have the legal right to monitor the vehicles, assets, or individuals tracked through the Services, and that you have secured all necessary notices and consents from affected users (drivers, passengers, employees, students, etc.).
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input, maintaining the security of login credentials, and ensuring hardware deployed with the Services remains in good working order. Misuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized resale of the Services is prohibited.
6. Fees & Billing
Pricing, billing frequency, and taxes are outlined in your order form. Billing is typically in advance for subscription periods and hardware shipments. Details on refund eligibility and cancellation requirements are maintained separately in our "Refunds & Cancellation" policy.
7. Communications Consent
By creating an account or providing contact details you authorize Veytra to reach you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and phone calls for onboarding, service notifications, transactional messages, and marketing (where permitted). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; transactional messages will continue while your account is active.
8. Data Disclosure to Authorities
If required by law, court order, or competent government authority, Veytra may disclose account or telemetry data. Where legally allowed we will notify you before sharing such information.
9. Intellectual Property
Veytra and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, documentation, and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services during the term. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veytra’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you for the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Veytra is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party hardware or networks.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the Services for material breach if the breach is not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination you must stop using the Services, and we will make your exportable data available for download for a limited period as specified in your agreement.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India, unless another venue is agreed in writing. We encourage resolving issues informally before initiating legal proceedings.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
