BMS analytics that goes deeper than
the dashboard percentage

Cell-level voltage, temperature, and State of Health monitoring for EV fleets — built by engineers who have worked with battery systems at the embedded level, not just the API level.

The problem

Your EV fleet dashboard shows a number. It should show a story.

Most fleet management platforms show aggregate SoC from the vehicle API. That's one number from one sensor, filtered through the OEM's own software. It tells you nothing about pack health, cell imbalance, or how long that battery will last.

Aggregate SoC is not battery health

A pack can show 80% charge while individual cells degrade unevenly. The fire risk and the range degradation are invisible until they aren't.

OEM cloud ≠ your data

BMS telemetry routed through the vehicle manufacturer's cloud means your battery intelligence lives on their servers, under their terms.

Replacement decisions need real data

Replacing packs on a time schedule wastes money. Replacing them too late causes failures. SoH curves tell you when, with evidence.

What's planned

What the BMS module will do

Direct from BMS output — CAN bus or RS-485. No OEM API in the data path.

Planned

Cell-Level Voltage Monitoring

Individual cell voltages across the entire pack — not just aggregate battery percentage. Imbalance detected before it becomes a safety event.

Planned

Thermal Monitoring

Per-module temperature tracking with configurable thresholds. Early warning on thermal runaway precursors — cell delta-T, cooling system lag, ambient correlation.

Planned

State of Health (SoH) Tracking

Capacity fade curve per pack, per vehicle. Predictive replacement scheduling based on actual degradation — not OEM warranty clocks.

Planned

Charging Analytics

Charge cycle counts, C-rate history, depth of discharge patterns, and charging anomalies. Know which vehicles are being charged badly before the damage is done.

Planned

Fault & Event Alerts

Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, and isolation faults surfaced in real time — direct from BMS CAN/RS-485 output, no OEM cloud middleman.

Planned

Range & Availability Prediction

Estimated range per vehicle based on current SoC, SoH, route profile, and ambient temperature. Fleet dispatch optimised around actual available range.
